PASSPORT ONLINE APPLICATION

  • Fill the form correctly with all mandatory fields(*) and click the “Save” button.
  • On successful completion of first page, you will receive an email containing your Application ID and Password. Please preserve your Application ID and Password carefully for future print/view/modification of application.
  • To submit your application, click “submit” button. You are not allowed to modify anything after you click “submit”. You will also receive an “Online Application Form” in pdf format. You have to report to the Passport Office for providing biometric data along with a printed version of the Online Application form.
  • After submission, the system will assign you to your authorised Regional Passport Office. Your application shall remain valid for 15 days from the date of submission. Your record will be removed automatically by the system after 15 days.
  • If Acrobat reader is unavailable in your computer, then download acrobat reader from here.

35th BCS circular

Bangladesh Public Service Commission has issued a circular for the 35th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examination for 1803 vacant posts.
Registration for the exam, which would be held under the new rule, will begin on September 30 and continue till October 30, according to the circular issued today.
Job aspirants aged between 21 and 30 on September 1, 2014 will be eligible for the registration.
Earlier on Sunday, the public administration ministry issued a gazette notification to this end following amendment to the Bangladesh Civil Service (Age, Qualification and Examination for Direct Recruitment) Rules, 1982.
According to the new rule, the preliminary examination will be of 200 marks while the duration will be two hours instead of the hour-long 100-mark test.
A candidate with less than 30 percent marks in the written examination will be considered to have got no number against the existing rule of 25 percent.
The pass mark under the new system would be 50 percent of the 200-mark viva voce. It was 40 percent earlier.
The examination fee has also been increased to Tk 700 from Tk 500.

Voter List Updatating News
New Voter Registration: Voter list updating is running.  If you are a Bangladeshi citizen, frequently lived in a area and before 1st january 2013 you are 18 or above but not register as a voter yet, you may register as a voter as per your local schedule time. At the time of enrollment you may need some papers for form-2 fill up like, S.S.C. or equivalent certificate, birth certificate, passport, driving licence, TIN certificate, utility bill copy/house rent receipt/holding tax receipt, citizenship certificate and father-mother-husband/wife's ID card photocopy. Some case they may need to fillup a special form for declared special areas.
Migration Of Voter Area: Those who already registered as a voter but need to migrate their voter area they may fill up Form-13 or Form-14 and have to send their concern supazila/thana election office. A photocopy of ID card have to attach with migration form.
Death Voter deletion: Inform to enumerator about death voter for deleting their name from active voter list by fill up form-12.
AFIS Re-registration: Some case enyumerator may inform some people for AFIS re-registration, those finger print quality is below standrad or nill, they have to re-registered their AFIS.
Undistributed NID Card delivery: Those voter register their but not yet received NID card enumerator will give their card at door step at the time of enumeration.

Mind it, those are register as voter only they will get National ID card

Dhaka City College has always been untiringly sincere in presenting the nation with skilled personnel capable of contributing substantially in nation-building activities.
